Clean by Courtney is a small, local cleaning business based in Drummoyne, servicing homes, short-stays and small offices across Sydney's Inner West and Lower North Shore. Every clean is carried out by Courtney or Ebony — not a rotating roster of strangers.
Clean by Courtney started with a simple idea: cleaning should feel personal, consistent and easy to trust. Clients should know who is coming into their space, receive clear communication, and feel confident that the standard of the clean will remain consistent from visit to visit.
That idea became a local cleaning business built around familiar faces, straightforward communication and a clearly defined standard of care — whether the clean is for a home, short-stay property or workplace.
Before starting Clean by Courtney, Courtney worked in construction and contract administration — work that demanded being organised, clear with clients and careful with detail. Those habits carried straight across into how the business is run today.
At its core, the business is built around a simple belief: a properly cared-for space makes everyday life calmer — for clients, and for the Clean by Courtney team as well.
Showing up when expected, every time, so cleaning is one less thing to think about.
The smaller details are what make a space feel genuinely clean, not just tidy.
Every home and workplace is treated with the same care Courtney and Ebony would want for their own.
Straightforward answers about what's included, what isn't, and what to expect on the day.
No inflated promises, and no cutting corners just to finish faster.
A small, hands-on team — not a large agency.
Founded and runs Clean by Courtney, and still gets hands-on with cleaning regularly alongside managing bookings and the day-to-day of the business. A genuine love of a properly tidy space is what got the business started in the first place — and it still shows in the standard of every clean.
Joined Clean by Courtney as the business grew, brought on because she could be trusted to deliver the same standard of clean as Courtney, every time. Like Courtney, she knows the difference a properly tidy space makes to a busy household.
Full cover for complete peace of mind while the team is in your home or workplace.
Both Courtney and Ebony hold current police checks.
Every visit follows the same set checklist, so results don't vary week to week.
Appropriate, pet-friendly products used in homes with animals.
Based in Drummoyne, Clean by Courtney services homes, short-stays and small offices across a defined set of suburbs in Sydney's Inner West and Lower North Shore — including Rozelle, Balmain, Five Dock, Lilyfield, Leichhardt, Annandale, Haberfield, Abbotsford, Chiswick, Russell Lea, Liberty Grove, Gladesville, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Northwood, Mosman, Neutral Bay and Cremorne.
Clean by Courtney is growing with intention, building a carefully selected team around the same standards that guide every residential, short-stay and commercial clean. As the business grows, reliability, care and attention to detail remain non-negotiable — every person who joins is expected to deliver the same consistent standard on every job.
